Ordering and Payment

All of Adrienne Stanton jewellery is crafted by hand. We begin the work on your piece when your order is placed.   Most production pieces require 4-7 weeks to complete before shipping, unless otherwise arranged. Timelines on commissioned work vary depending on complexity. In most cases a 50% deposit is required on commissioned work. Please note deposits on custom work are non-refundable.

You can pay for your order using your Paypal account, bank transfer or personal cheque. If payment is by cheque, your order will be effective as soon as the cheque has cleared. Payment on commissions are required within 15 days of notice of completion; non-payment constitutes cancellation.

All items are shipped by UPS or Fedex. Please contact us and we will let you know what shipping charges will be.

All applicable taxes will be charged.  In Canada the tax rates vary according to the province in which the customer resides. In Ontario 13% HST, British Columbia 12% HST, Nova Scotia 15% HST, New Brunswick 13% HST and Newfoundland 13% HST. The tax for other provinces is 5% GST. US orders are tax exempt. Please note that duties and import taxes or extra fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy
Our policy is no refunds on commissioned pieces or special orders.
There is no exchange or refunds on earrings or rings.
